Rhonda is a licensed real estate broker and President of Rose Realty & Associates, Inc. for almost 20 years.

Rhonda feels blessed by her community and considers “giving back” as her thank you.   Children hold a special place in her heart so she chose to get involved with our organization, intermittently since its inception, and consistently as a Director since 2008. Rhonda has served as Guardian ad Litem volunteer because she knows how important it is to make sure the voice of a child is heard in court. Through her efforts, she hopes to improve foster children’s lives so they can one day be contributing members of our society.

In 2010, Rhonda founded Voices For Children’s Empower A Student Program, a free tutoring program for abused and neglected children in Miami-Dade County.
