In addition to her professional work, Stephanie is also a foster parent. She is dedicated to providing children with a loving, consistent, and joy-filled home where they can feel safe, supported, and valued. She is passionate about helping children heal from adverse experiences while encouraging them to discover and develop their unique strengths and interests—these days, many weekends are happily spent cheering her kids on at gymnastics.

Stephanie’s work with children and families is grounded in person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed principles, with a strong focus on helping children achieve safe, stable and lasting permanency. Across both her professional and personal roles, she remains deeply committed to the belief that children thrive when they know where they belong and when they have the opportunity to build lifelong connections with caring adults.
