Registered Apprenticeships give you:

  • Paid, on-the-job training
  • Classroom learning

Adult Education

Florida’s adult education system helps people build essential skills to succeed in school, work, and life. Programs include:

  • Adult Basic Education (ABE) – Improve reading, writing, and math
  • Adult High School / GED Prep – Earn a diploma or GED
  • ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) – Learn to speak, read, and write English

You’re eligible if you:

  • Are 16 or older
  • Are not currently in high school
  • Don’t yet have a high school diploma
  • Want to improve basic academic or English skills
