Voices for Children “Be A Voice Luncheon” set for October 25

If you are a superhero, as are the supporters of Voices for Children, you will want to reserve your seat for the Voices for Children annual luncheon presented by Stearns Weaver Miller where guests are encouraged to come dressed as a superhero. 

As luncheons go, this one is far and above one of the most entertaining from start to finish. Save the date, Friday, October 25, 11 a.m.- 2 p.m., at the Loews Hotel Coral Gables to celebrate 40 years of impact this amazing non-profit has dedicated to improving the lives of children in foster care. The Guardian ad Litem Program is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to services and programs this organization provides for our foster children from great experiences like mission trips and its comfort closet to helping bridge gap to self-sufficiency. President & CEO Kadie Black works tirelessly with a committed board and volunteers raising funds to help ensure that abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Miami-Dade County each have a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem and that financial assistance and other resources are available for their health, educational, and social needs.
