Our Kids Deserve to Get College Ready!

For Spring Break 2023, Voices For Children teamed up with Educate Tomorrow, First Star Miami, Citrus Family Care and Genesis Hopeful Haven to take youth in foster care on a five-day college tour of campuses around Florida to inspire them to plan for a brighter future and make their dreams come true!

During the tour, we traveled with them throughout the state to visit college campuses, including: Florida International University, Miami Dade College, Broward College, Florida Atlantic University, Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Santa Fe College, Daytona State College, University of Central Florida and Seminole State College.

The youth ended their trip with beaming smiles after a day filled with roller coaster rides and other attractions at Universal Studios in Orlando.

Thanks to the support of our donors, VFC provides experiences that allow our youth in foster care to have moments, memories and opportunities that others under normal circumstances would be able to experience. Join us on our journey to make sure our children can create memories and reach their goals.
