You can Be A Voice for children in foster care by donating your time and talents to Voices For Children Foundation or by becoming a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer. Below are the some different types of volunteer opportunities that will help support children in foster care.
Our annual membership program members provide unrestricted funding to ensure we can continue providing children in Miami-Dade's foster care system with quality Guardian ad Litem (GAL) representation and fully centralized access to services and resources to meet their needs.
In advocating for an abused or neglected child, you give that child a voice — and a chance for a better life. Are YOU ready to lift up a child?
We can not do this work alone. Voices is looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with our comfort closet and signature events.
Our seasonal drives are crucial to helping us meet the immediate needs of children when they enter care and to raise awareness in our community about the needs of youth in foster care.
Our Comfort Closet is a one-stop shop for advocates, families, and youth in care and aging out to access items that help meet their physical, social, and emotional needs.
There is an urgent need for Foster Parents in Miami-Dade County. Foster Parents provide a loving, temporary refuge to children who enter the foster care system through no fault of their own.
