That moment redirected his path — leading to success in business and a lifelong commitment to helping others, with Nilda by his side every step of the way.
Nilda, who immigrated from Cuba as a teenager, has spent decades as a quiet yet powerful advocate for children and families. Her leadership with organizations such as Amigos For Kids and Voices For Children reflects her deep compassion and unwavering dedication to service.
Together, as leaders of Astor Companies, Henry and Nilda bring lived experience, empathy, and strong values to every aspect of their philanthropy.

Their granddaughter, Isa, is an active part of the Voices family, working alongside our team and participating in mission experiences with foster youth.
