Throughout her 20+ years at Voices For Children, Tania has led the organization's commitment to reaching 100% Guardian ad Litem representation in court and has worked closely with the Guardians ad Litem to sustain it. A fully-funded Guardian ad Litem Office allows VFC to expand its efforts by applying funds to implement solutions that allow us to go above and beyond.

As the COO, Tania is a member of the Executive Management Team and works in concert with the CEO to support their efforts to lead the organization to its next level of maturity and to maximize the leadership and professional resources brought to the organization by the Board of Directors. The COO is responsible for the day to day management of Voices For Children Foundation in order to develop, implement and oversee internal systems and controls in the areas of Administration: General Management; Board Relations; Communications and Marketing; Development; Facilities; Finance; Human Resources; Information Technology; and Programs.
