Assessment Specialist

Nikquana Duncan is the Assessment Specialist at Voices For Children Foundation.

With over 18 years of experience in child welfare, Nikquana has dedicated her career to supporting children and families through advocacy, and mentorship. A graduate of Temple University, she has been mentoring youth since her college years and remains deeply committed to helping young people recognize their strengths and potential. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she brings passion, resilience, and heart to everything she does.

In her current role as an Assessment Specialist, she works directly with children and caregivers to identify needs, reduce risk, and connect families to meaningful supports.

Outside of work, Nikquana is a die-hard basketball fan who enjoys reading, traveling, and lifelong learning. Her work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves stability, opportunity, and someone who believes in them.
