Jack Maguire
Donor Investment Manager
Jack is an active and joyful fundraiser who brings a wealth of development, research, and
writing experience to support the Voices for Children Foundation’s amazing team. His work
has spanned academia, advocacy, and fundraising. Jack received his PhD in Social and
Cultural Anthropology from Florida International University (FIU) in 2025 which studied
immigration to the United States and from 2023 – 2025 he worked for the Florida Immigrant
Coalition (FLIC) as their Development Manager.
Jack grew up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, taking part in all the beauty and adventure his
hometown has to offer including skiing, motorcycle riding, and cliff jumping. He has called
Miami home since 2017 and now pursues other passions like Salsa dancing and yoga.
Jack is thrilled to be part of the Voices for Children family and to help advance our mission
to support abused, abandoned, and neglected children and youth in Miami-Dade County’s
foster care system.
