Before joining the Voices For Children team, Giovanna worked as the Assistant Head of School/Director of Operations for a decade at The SEED School of Miami, South Florida's only public boarding school. There, she played a pivotal role in streamlining startup efforts across various departments. She has also worked as a teacher and human resources professional, always ensuring children have access to quality education.
