Children's Needs Program Analyst

As the Program Analyst at VFC, Arham’s role involves optimizing processes to meet the basic needs of youth in care, including food and clothing. She is responsible for processing all incoming requests through the Guardian ad Litem program and outside requests to ensure the stability of placements. She is currently working on implementing a new database that will expedite the children’s needs process. 

Arham’s favorite aspect of working at VFC is her supportive team and the opportunity to explore various departments within the organization. This versatility allows her to contribute meaningfully across different areas while furthering the VFC mission.
