Ann Stith

Vice President of Development

Ann Stith serves as the Vice Presisent of Development at Voices For Children, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for improving the lives of children, a mission that has guided her throughout her career.

Before joining Voices For Children, Ann was the Executive Director of The Foundation for New Education Initiatives, the nonprofit arm of Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Her professional background also includes leadership and development roles at Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe and Family Central, Inc.

Ann holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in business administration from Florida International University. She brings a robust and diverse skill set to the organization, with expertise in operations management, strategic planning, project management, organizational development, and management consulting.
