Dagmar Llaudy is a seasoned trial attorney specializing in healthcare law, corporate transactions, and real estate. With a proven track record of representing high-profile clients, she has successfully navigated complex legal matters involving multi-million-dollar litigations and intricate business transactions. Her expertise spans a wide range of healthcare-related issues, from regulatory compliance and licensing to mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her extensive experience in healthcare law, Ms. Llaudy is a skilled real estate attorney. She handles a variety of real estate transactions, including property sales, acquisitions, exchanges, and escrow disputes. As a licensed title agent, she provides comprehensive legal services to clients throughout the closing process.

Ms. Llaudy obtained her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University with a dual major in Management and International Business and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She has been a Florida Bar member since 2000 and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida Federal Bar.

Ms. Llaudy serves on the Board of Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services, and joined the Voices For Children Foundation Board of Directors in 2024.
