Tracy was born in Passaic, New Jersey and came to Miami, Florida at age 14. Tracy is studying Biology at MDC and then furthering her education to enable her to attend medical school. With a background as a previous Changemaker Corps student leader, Tracy will utilize the power and influence of peer mentorship to create social change within the foster care system. She is a mother of two and a caretaker to her four siblings.
