Chief Operating Officer
Tania started her journey in child welfare in 1996 when she became a Guardian ad Litem volunteer. She has worked for Voices For Children for 13 years and became Chief Operating Office in 2008. Tania earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University. She was raised in Miami and returned to South Florida to work after college. In addition to Voices, she worked in the private sector in the public relations and corporate communications fields. Tania enjoyed travelling the world prior to settling down with her husband and two children.
